Training Center
The OBIA Training Center was established to help training centers around the world to achieve effective learning and excellent training, It works on:
- Direct the training centers around the world to the best training program designs, and providing training to the managers of these centers and trainers on how to design effective training programs and the best training methods appropriate to them online (and in the training rooms if possible).
- Providing accreditation certificates to the training centers that meet the best learning standards developed by the OBIA team. This requires a precise and specific description of the reality of the training center, its objectives, the objectives of its training programs, the training methods followed, the capabilities of the trainers and supervisors, their experiences and achievements, to verify the training center's ability to achieve the best and planned learning among the participants. There is a technical support team to answer the queries of the training centers and provide guidance to them by email training@obiaacademy.uk
Criteria for Accrediting Training Centers:
- The training center must be registered with the official authorities in its country
- The training center must have been established for at least three years
- The training center should have an integrated strategic plan for at least one year
- The training center should have held training courses for not less than (1,000) training hours
- The training center has to have a specific vision to design training programs and modern training methods
- The trainers of the training center should have appropriate training qualifications and experience, at least (500) training hours.
