Unit of Measurement and Evaluation

In order to ensure the quality of education and training provided by OBIA, a specialized unit of measurement, evaluation and quality assurance of education and training has been established and is supervised by experts in measurement and evaluation. This unit monitors all programs and procedures for all OBIA work and operates independently of the senior management of the Academy. It continually develops performance models, education Criteria and accreditation. The main objectives of establishing this unit can be summarized as follows:

  1. Develop performance models and Criteria of education and accreditation
  2. Evaluate the performance of the academic staff and agents and verify their commitment to work ethics and institutional values
  3. Evaluating students' performance in all grades, evaluating researches and theses and verifying the accuracy of the methodology used
  4. Conducting studies executed by the academy in order to improve performance and meet the wishes of communities and students around the world
  5. Conducting studies and social surveys for external parties such as research and strategic centers, ministries, civil society institutions and universities for various purposes around the world.
